I will never get through the dip because, ye, i can feel my knees like thas just not going to happen. Even if you manage o somehow, it would probably require sacrificing every other thing for the rest of your life. I don't think im gong to be climbing very often. Like, there's only so many hours in the day. Most of them are filled up with work or sleep or eating or whatever. And a weight lifting is a big part of my life, so i'm not going to quit that. Why?
