The Blue Tick

I don't understand what he's going to do, presumably he thinks he can make money and that therefore he started doing things like the blue tick. I have noticed a lot more abuse lately and it's all from people who have under 200 followers. And they weren't from normal people. It was just everyone I looked at was either had an egg as an avatar or they had very few followers. What would you do with it? I would make everyone have to verify who they are and then shut them all off if they can't.
