The Chips Act: China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea

The Chinese have already said they've already made very clear even before all this, people long before the chips act that they intend to develop their own independent technologies. I think that what we're doing will probably accelerate that process at their end. The other countries of concern, Russia, Iran, North Korea are really not very far along in this technology anyway. But they're going to buy out of the open market, whatever's available. And if it's not US chips, there's a Tom T Hall that goes, here's a quarter call someone who cares.
