When I was living in New York and uh knew I was going to be moving out here I just kind of hit up some people about spaces. One of the people I hit up was Chris Cody who has actually the other part of this house. So he was like I have this space if you want to come take a look at it and took aLook at it and I was like this is cool. Let me see what else is out there and I just really like the vibe in here. It's awesome. You did a smart thing Chris. There's a lot of history and the Paul and Craig. They're just lovely guys and there's a great community here.
