Marlene: How do you actually define unhealthy alcohol use and risky drinking? Paul Cashlack: There are people who don't drink and people who have low risk use. Risky drinking is no more than four drinks per day or 14 per week for men. For women, it's defined as no more than three drinks per day and more than seven per week.
