The Ontology Within Philosophy

Ame: Ontology is how we place beings or entities in relationship to one another. A ontology has actually been really out of fashion in philosophical circles for the last number of centuries, in favor of epistemology. The argument being that we can never understand the nature of a thing. We can only understand our knowledge of that thing. So i've always bounced ideas off people within philosophy. It's more interesting to talk to philosophers than to talk to architectural theorists. But i'm way more interested in philosophy than i am theory. And again, that's a distinction we can talk about later.
