How to Document Non-Incidence Trauma
Documentation is very important. We did talk a little bit about asking information of children. If you do get information from a child, it's good to write how that came out. And another thing that I hope people will remember is to take pictures of skin injuries. Because a lot of times the injuries don't last that long or they can change over time.
