Is It OK to Be Afraid of Missing a Deadline?
In your book, you say that no 20 first century organization can afford to have a culture of fear. So i understand that you mean a culture of interpersonal her ah, but why? Why do you feel that? Especially now, especially with knowledge workers, we really cannot afford it. And so fear has no place in the modern organization because we are interdependent and things are uncertain.
