Ameloride helps to prevent nephrogenic di but the lithium toxicity But if someone who already has advanced EKD like does it really help? I think that's where we all end up seeing the patient. We don't see them Before they develop di we see them because they've already developed di Otherwise we get lots of pre-consults for everything and so whenever I've used this I've kind of been underwhelmed by like the effectiveness in ameloride.
