The Crypto-Christian Confession of White Guilt

As someone who doesn't feel white guilt, it's really hard for me to deal with people who want to display their guilt and use it as a weapon in political organizations. As somebody who's not a Christian, I find it very much a crypto-Christian form of confession. And part of it has to do with the Christian idea of being everyone marked by original sin and then the those who are the most adept at confession end up being the most progressive.
