Pregnancy Screening Tests - Are They Getting More Commonplace?
This type of test is not under fda oversight, so that means the food and drug administration is not examining the claims that they are making. We just don't have a good handle on how pervasive the tests for the rarer diseases are. A lot of people think will be at 60 to 70 % of pregnant women taking these tests. What we don't know is what conditions women are being rened for.
