365 Day Writing Strike

The bestel experiment issued the challenge to write 200 words a day. Julian barr, Basitlyhe and jiveni trike have all done it so far this year. The aim is for people who are struggling with their writing to get some work finished in 2013. If you're just doing 50 or 60 per cent of what they do, that's like 70-80 thousand words a year - an average length of a novel. So if you think you haven't got the time to be a writer, you may as well quit, says Andy Whelan.
