I want to work with people who call me out when i'm wrong or i forget something, because i often do. So i have some tea members that are detail oriented, some teaMembers that think a little bit differently than i do,. That ask different kinds of questions, that kind of fill in my weaknesses. You're getting people who maybe they dont ofvt to be the exact same energy, but they still, you know, they got to fit into the mould a little bit. I definitely see that in you with your team, your viba tract, your tribe.
