The Three Characteristics of What Is Real
In Sanskrit, Swayam Prakasa means self-shining. That means what is real must know itself by its own light of awareness. It shouldn't depend upon anything else either to know it or to enable it to know itself. These are the three characteristics of what is real. Is there anything in this world that is eternal and changing or self-sh shining? No.
