Michael: I'm glad you brought this up because I also feel like it's something lacking in my own practice, in my own life. To me, if when I sit and listen to the body, I do have to sort of evoke something about the vouch. Sometimes if I got a meditation, it's coming out of my direct experience. It's feeling of that, first of all, we came together, like Christ, you know, said, when two or more gather, I will be there. That's devotion. We've created a field where we are turned back towards the mystery. When we turn towards the body, towards listening, we're doing it almost like a prayer
