There's some irony here, right? Because the Alvin Bragg folks and his supporters have tried to argue about the seriousness of the conduct. And so in all likelihood, the Manhattan DA case will, in fact, proceed in state court. It may become a nuanced argument that Trump viewed what he was doing here as important to attaining the presidency.
