An increased troponion that doesn't satisfy the definition of an m i is not actually a micritical infuction. That just reflects global stress dueo critical illness. So now we want to figure out, is this a primary plac rupture, as in a type one, or is this stable cornary stonosis with demand aschema, as ina type two? And this is also a bit tricky, and it's an important distincion, because the treatment is entirely different.
