Is It Important to Have a Process That Scales?

i like to be involved in romap reviews, par d reviews, yuax reviews, just so that it is really. i have a team that actuy runs with things on their own, but it is important to be there once to provide support. Ah, and the other thing is, you're looking for opportunities for your product managers to be also asking the right questions.
