Season Ticket Waiting List

There are gripes about season ticket no renewals. Fans want to know where they are on that list, and nobody's telling them. We've invested a lot of time in explaining its support to supporters. And we get emales which explain all the reasons why they're more entitled to a ticket than any other supporter. The problem is that every supporter defines their loyal y or define the way the club judge them. So if you come over from a ten-mile radius for 10 games, you should have best suited loyalty - not someone who comes down from 15 miles away. It feels like to me there's been something of of an information blackhole in cand correct me if i'm wrong
