The Sound of the Truck in Madmax
Mab max was a sonic allegory for the great white whale, mobe dmdet. I put blow, whale blow hole sounds for the milk spewing forth from the tanker. And we added whale vocalizations, humpback vocalizations, to the engine sounds of the warrig. To me, the warrig as well as most of the vehicles in the film were characters. We spend so much time with the warrig and fury osa throughout this movie, that at the end when it crashes, it was a death. It wasn't a car crash. It was aDeath. Swan song is all dying animal sounds.
