Every one wants their car wash at office parks. Traditional detailers are sketchy people and sketchy vans. And the worst is, they create an environmental spill in our parking lot. So where we landed was we wash every car on a mat. We invented a mat that is like a little bathtub for your car. It's got about a six inch lip to it. The water goes into that mat, pulls up, then we suck it up out of there. At the end of the day, we reclaim all this gray water metera. That's what the multi-tenant consumer loves today.
