John Avlon: "I don't know how they're actually going to come to a certain consensus because they have very different business objectives" He says he's mystified that these negotiations weren't really almost accepted as a thank you on the part of the legacy studios. Avlon: It's not a matter of winning or losing, it's a matter of getting what's necessary to maintain this workforce. The writers go to suggesting is in the best interest of the long-term health and vitality of the entire industry.
