Is There Any Translation Problem in Proverbs?
The Proverbs does a lot of fronting of a reversing of saying. The English just turns around and says, you know, like it gives you the topic first and then the comment. It's funny though because in poetry, I don't know that literal fits. So we think we're giving a more paraphrased version, but we're actually changing entirely.
