A month ago, you were looking at a much higher rate than soit it does a new turn. I mean, i think tenure guilds got up to three, 30 in change. At least now you can make a concate case at 12 times next year's numbers,. It didn't a complete round trip from those march 20 20 loaves in terms of the stock price but it got sort of close.
