The Dangers of Stereotyping a Generation

The data that I've been discussing is not based on older people observing the generation. All of it is from these generations themselves and we're comparing their experiences to previous generations when they were young. So, taking that perspective of, you know, this isn't stereotyping. It's listening to what young people have to say,. But you have to be clear eyed about the advantages and disadvantages of your group.
