Recovery Runs Are the Complement to Training

i think it is actually managing your training load properly, because it's training that you're recovering from. So a just ina effective a planning and execution is really more than half the battle. I would make the argument that even an easy 20 minute, of 30 minute jog is a better way to recover. And i use final surge, and itl ben you do too, to plan your athletes. It does not mean you can get sloppy, because i think that's something, you know, a lot of runners will do too,. thouke, well, i can't run that slow, because then i just get sloppy.
