The word tichtanan probably means, i think he says this in the chapter is when he says, look deeply. Is nana meaning usually translate as wisdom or true knowing. It's a knowing that's just an inner knowing, without any concepts that would explain it or give us something to grasp. We don't get credit for some knowledge. We're simply appreciating fully the moment of being in living.
