Terraform Cloud and Terraform Enterprise
Ashikorp's Terraform is a tool that was not created by AWS, but by another company called Ashikorp. It's supposed to first infrastructure as code, but also for many other cloud providers. HCL allows you to create a plan, which basically means if I want to apply this particular configuration to remote deployment, what's going to happen and Terraform is going to give you a plan of the different things that will change.
