Minds usually don't change, because people are pretty happy with most of their views about the world. People might be on a journey to changing their minds in a way that you're not awareabout. It's still useful to know what kinds of techniques work. And let's keep that in mind when we're thinking about how we should change our minds and how we should go about talking to others.
