A scene that changed the most in every draft of the script was the scene with walt in the school therapis office. I pretty much knew at the time that i came up with that title. It was probably a bad marketing decision, but it was a title that i really liked. The choice of subway stations and across the park and whyt don't you say something about brooklyn? Wellthe sort of, mean, two answers to that. As i wrote it in brooklyn in the eighties, because that's when i was a teen ager, and it was a time, it was away from me. These were all things that were all part of my life
