The Propensity for Reconstruction in Breast Cancer Patients
At Penn in my experience, again, also the majority of implant base reconstruction is two stage. A lot of our patients tend to be older, higher BMI with a lot of ptosis. So you can't really get an ideal DTI outcome with those patients. And then we certainly do, just like Dr. Haddock said, a lot of revision surgery, although these tend to be after at least three months after the implant exchange stage.
