The Paycheck Protection Act and the COVID Shutdowns

Supply chain issues that were both malicious and nefarious, you had a lot of attacks on the supply chain security. The COVID shutdowns had a lot to do with it as well. And so when you flood a system with anything, the value of it goes down. Didn't most of it go to like giant businesses also, who didn't even like need it that much? People lied. There's not really any mechanism to like catch them or prosecute for it.
