Preeclampsia and Lupus During Pregnancy
It's unknown whether your lupus will worsen during pregnancy but the suggestion is that if you've had major active disease in the six months found preceding conception that there will likely be a disease flare. It's difficult to distinguish between preeclampsia and nephritis during pregnancy because of lupus their overlapping symptoms include worsening hypertension edema, renal dysfunction and enemia thrombocytopenia.
