The Importance of Being Empathetic
Nicole: I would take meetings with founders of the weekends when my kids would play in the office. So that's what born out of necessity, but actually created a lot of empathy for people going through, you know, like times like that. Nick: We now skilled this on Slack with a couple of our communities where founders can get help from other founders to test other products. When we launched found two, we reached out to worship journal to see if they want to cover found two launch.
