I don't know that there's any other military in the history of the world that has gone to such great leagues to try to minimize collateral damage and maintain the more high ground. So let's start off by reading a lot of times people throw around rules of engagement. But when you actually read through the rules of engagement, you'll see they are very squared away. Nothing on this card prevents you from using necessary and proportional force to defend yourself.
