Introduction

Mrs ADHD joins Alex and James for an episode which definitely isn't about New Year's resolutions (as James thinks it harms the metrics).   As usual, the episode includes bland psychoeducation delivered by Alex the Psychoeducation Monkey,  personal reflections from all three ADHD adults and the usual utterly useless 'top tips' on resolving to change things in your life.  'What has James lost, forgotten or mislaid this week?" returns and  Alex reads out the usual correspondence.  James continues to have 'jokes' trodden on, Mrs ADHD forgets she's on a podcast,  and Alex saves his resolutions in the group folder...
