i think one of the powers of instagram a few years ago was that people were getting really vulnerable and sharing things. And then over the past two or three years, i would say that has shifted. Now it just feels to me like instegrim is full of this like, fo vulnerability. I don't think it's a marketing strategy, or i don't it is, but i don't want it to be. For me, i love writing. But there's something about speaking that really does to me, like it's an embodiment practice. When people are vulnerable on podcasts, i can immediately hear like, oh, we've shifted into vulnerable sharing. This is important. Got
