The Tax Cuts for Renewable Energy
The bill would provide a stable platform for renewable energy to take off in the way that fossil fuels has enjoyed over the years. It's sort of the gap filler until there's compliance with the EPA rule and as long as the emissions match or it's sufficient equivalent, then there are exempt from the fee going forward. "I guess you could argue that you'd be better off by removing all of the policies that allow fossil fuels to continue to serve the country," he says.
