Dirt and dust from the moon could be used to make rocket fuel. The gravity on the moon is much lighter than the earth, about one sixth. We can bring it from the moon to space and have that be available for both government and commercial use. There has been international co operation stroke competition between countries with space agencies capable of completing launches.
