The Benefits of Cross Training

I feel like in Europe, most of the guys and girls have it figured out way better than the US people tend to run the whole year. And I guess for the average person that takes a bit of a break in between goals, it's okay. The benefit of doing cross training during your preseason will translate really well for what you would like to do during the winter, during the summer sorry. We are not like reinventing the wheel we are just kind of following what all of these great athletes have already been doing for the last 10 to 20 years.
