Investing for the Long Term

The average price of a stock over the long term is going to be close to where Netflix is actually worth. Like Mr. Market, even though he is irrational at times, he's not going to come and say, hey, do you want to buy Netflix? The company is priced at $300. That's never going to happen. So obviously, you look for businesses that you think are going to grow into the future and then try to buy pieces of different ones.
