It's actually going back to the scene, right? So you know, go back to that time you weren't picked up by your parents or the nun verbally abused you. And then getting to the feeling through that process, as opposed to being the kind of observer compassionately witnessing that scene. It's re inhabiting the scene, reanimating the scene and sort of following the course that you would have wanted to in that moment.
