The Slow Grind of the Multifamily Industry
I think, you know, for affordability is in the single family market. So that does renters can't afford single family homes. Of course, rents are high given the surge in rents previously. So they can't say or having a hard time saving as well to put that down payment they need. And I do think that means the whole leadership rate, the percent of the population in ones are on home, that's peak. You know, we got a data point today, Willie, at 65.9%. So I think that's the high water mark, around two-thirds.
