Was Bozo the Clown Scary?
In the 90s, it was weird to find clowns scary and kind of like quirky. In the 60s, Bozo the clown who is absolutely horrifying. He just has like these giant arched eyebrows and big red hair. But there was a 10 year wait for kids to get tickets to see his live show. They franchise out his image. So actors in any city could put on their own. It's like Camp Krusty.
