Inscriptions - One Sentence Summary
Inscriptions are a way to do kind of what opportunity does, but without the limit. So instead of an 80 byte limit, he found a way to have a 400 kilobyte limit and to get a four X discount on fees. And in fact, probably a bigger discount in fees because the overhead of the transaction itself would be lower if you're doing very large pieces of text or image.
