Tourism Is the Lifeblood of Rapa Nui
Tourism is the lifeblood of Rapa Nui. People appreciate it and value it, but are smart enough to know that it's creating problems because tourists are indiscriminate in their use of water. In general, theRapa Nui people welcome tourists but are now much more careful about how they treat them or what they allow them to see. We're the first Polynesian settlers built shelters and homes from upturned boats.
