Is the Consumer's Part of the Inflation?
Shelter and food have just been climbing non stopping. We're looking at off price quite a bit because, frankly, the levels of inventory that are in the system that have been building. I think those are going to cast through back to school in holiday, and it's going to be a lot of margin pain for most of the retailers right well. Despite two encouraging inflation reports this week or next, guess warns a disappointing batch of consumer data is head is ahead.
