Second Generation Asians Have the Ability to Move Up
Chinese working environments much higher context and despite the effort to try to make it more diverse it's just hard. So is that why you think second gen Asian Americans specifically second gen Chinese have an ability to move up because they have some exposure to high context interactions. Yeah exactly so it's like less racist like less like strictly racist based on your race but much higher context. Right which ends up having a similar effect but I think second generation Asians have the social mobility if they want to learn it.
