Petra's Great Treasure - The Hasne

Nabatean kingdom controlled territory across the arabian peninsula, into the negev desert and across palestine. The city of petra was now a hive of construction with its people carving temples and tombs direct imitating the architectural styles of their powerful greek neighbors. And it's around this time that they would construct the most impressive monument from their unique culture of sandstone carving known to day as the hasne or the great treasury.
