How to Drink Coffee, Walk More and Get Better Rest
A recent study found that coffee drinkers take on average 1,000 more steps per day than non-coffee drinkers. Coffee beans have many health benefits and are a powerful antioxidant. Adding 1,000 steps each day is associated with a 15% increase in longevity. But I want you to be smart about when you drink your coffee. The first tip is to have your last cup of coffee about 9 hours before you go to sleep.
